Cheese Steak
1pack of walmart cheese steaks
6 med size brat buns
2 onions
2 peppers
Cheese
- Use Steakum meat ( thin sliced then cut up into small pieces) OR
- Cut steak into one eighth think slices
- dice the onions
- open the packages of cheese and have the cheese slices out and ready
- slice the rolls so they’re ready to steam on top of the meat and cheese
- have your seasonings nearby
- Cook onions first, little oil When tender move to cooler place on griddle
- Thinly sliced steak one eighth thick. Use spatula and bench scraper. Hold with spatula and chop with scraper.
- When steak is about done mix onions in with it.
- Sprinkle seasoning (All purpose is best)
- Align meat and onions in shape of bun
- Place cheese slices on top
- Place opened buns on top of meat etc
- Wait 2 minutes then use spatula and your hand to turn sandwich up right on plate
