Cheese Steak

1pack of walmart cheese steaks
6 med size brat  buns
2 onions
2 peppers
Cheese

  • Use Steakum meat ( thin sliced then cut up into small pieces) OR
  • Cut steak into one eighth think slices
  • dice the onions
  • open the packages of cheese and have the cheese slices out and ready
  • slice the rolls so they’re ready to steam on top of the meat and cheese
  • have your seasonings nearby
  1. Cook onions first, little oil When tender move to cooler place on griddle
  2. Thinly sliced steak one eighth thick. Use spatula and bench scraper. Hold with spatula and chop with scraper.
  3. When steak is about done mix onions in with it.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning (All purpose is best)
  5. Align meat and onions in shape of bun
  6. Place cheese slices on top
  7. Place opened buns on top of meat etc
  8. Wait 2 minutes then use spatula and your hand to turn sandwich up right on plate
